Orders are dispatched from our Northern Ireland facility and shipped with our courier partner.
We deliver to Ireland and Northern Ireland only.
No customs charges or import duty
Because your order is dispatched from within Northern Ireland, goods move to both the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland without customs formalities under the Windsor Framework. You will not be charged any import duty, customs fees or handling charges on your order. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.

Delivery times
Our usual delivery time is 1–3 working days within Ireland and Northern Ireland.
Please note we cannot guarantee turnaround or delivery times during busy periods or promotional sales. Please allow additional time before contacting us.
During Black Friday and other major sale periods, please allow up to 10 days for your order to be processed due to the high volume of orders.
Undelivered and refused parcels
Please make sure your delivery address is correct at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable or refused, the terms set out in the "Undeliverable items" section of our Refund Policy will apply.
